12. AI Assistant Disclaimer

Our AI assistant is designed to help you create custom t-shirt designs. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, the AI assistant may not always provide accurate or complete information. TeeMorph.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the AI assistant.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

The designs created through our AI system are owned by TeeMorph. By purchasing a t-shirt with a design, you acquire the right to use that design on the purchased product, but not to reproduce or use it in any other way. TeeMorph retains all intellectual property rights to the designs generated on our platform.

14. User Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account to access additional features and benefits. Currently, we only support Google login for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used for logging in. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

15. Payment Terms

We use Stripe for processing payments. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

16. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our service uses AI to generate t-shirt designs. While we strive for high-quality results, the nature of AI-generated content means that designs may vary in quality or may not always meet your exact expectations. We do not guarantee that every design will be suitable for printing or meet your specific requirements.
